Whilst you will always get a invoice emailed to you when place an order online you can also log in and view your order history and download your invoices from HERE
Orders placed over the phone will receive a VAT invoice also to the email address given when the order is placed. This will be sent out 24-48 hours after the order has been despatched.
If you don't receive an invoice check your Spam folder in case it has gone in to that. If your invoice doesn't arrive after checking this then you might have incorrectly typed your email address. You can request your invoice to be resent manually by using this link.
