Non-Empire Branded Products
If you find a lower total price (including the product price and delivery costs) for the same product, we will match that price. Unless the competitor price is lower than we can buy the goods for 🙁
How to Request a Price Match
1. Contact our Customer Support team by phone or web chat before completing your purchase.
2. Provide the following information:
- A link to the equivalent product on a competitor's website, displaying the lower price.
- The competitor's name and the total price, including any applicable postage costs.
- Any relevant terms and conditions from the competitor's offer.
Eligibility
- The competing retailer must be a legitimate, verifiable business (you’d be surprised…).
- Price matches are subject to approval and may not be guaranteed.
- Price matches can’t be used in conjunction with other offers or discounts.
