Warranties differ between brands and products. Our own Empire products, in the whole come with a parts-only warranty. Where possible we supply warranty information on the product page as shown below.
If warranty information isn't shown on a product you are interested in then please get in touch and we will find out for you.
If you have a problem with your item then you need to know what warranty your product has. If you are unsure you can find this out by visiting the product page of the item you purchased and it is shown like below.
Warranty types and what to do.
"Parts Only"Firstly fill in the form on this page - You will need to arrange for a qualified engineer to come and inspect your item and identify the part that is faulty. They will then leave you with a service report that you can email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we can get the part sent to you free of charge. You then just need to arrange the engineer to fit that part for you.
"Parts & Labour" Firstly fill in the form on this page - Supply your contact details and a brief description of the problem and we will get in touch with the relevant supplier to arrange a service call for you.
